Shipping & Delivery

Every Mystic Ostrich piece is made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. This means your product is created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Production

Most orders take 2–5 business days to be produced before they are shipped.

During new collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, production may take a little longer.

Shipping

Once your order has been produced, it is shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method available for your order.

Your total delivery time includes both production time and shipping time.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package leaves the fulfillment facility.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may be required to resend the order.

Delays

Mystic Ostrich is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at support@mysticostrich.com and we'll help determine the next steps.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not controlled or collected by Mystic Ostrich unless specifically stated at checkout.
